7-0 Dez Forest 6 yard run (Tandy Miller kick was good)

2nd Quarter
21-0 Tanner Matlock 8 yard fumble recovery off a blocked punt by Blake Eames.

21-7 Braedyn Noel 15 yard run (Kick good)

First series the defense forced a three and out and after a nice return by Bork gave the offense the ball on the plus side of the 50.

The first series was all Dez Forrest running the ball. After penalties the Roos faced a second and long from the 48 and Dez ran for all 48.

Good kick by Miller and coverage by Trey Rucker to make the tackle inside the 20 yard line. The defense forced another three and out with a pass break up by Gabe Alexander on third down. The Roos pressured the punt and took over on the 41.

Brayden Bork made a big catch from Major Youngblood to get the offense rolling with a first down. Youngblood forced an offsides on fourth and three to keep the drive alive. Forrest had a big run on 3rd and 3 and then finished it off with a touchdown run.

The Roos defense had a penalty to give Paschal a first down but then promptly forced another punt.

The next drive had a couple of Bork runs on third and short to keep the drive alive. The Roos also had a great catch by Melvin Polk but eventually turned it over on downs.

The defense forced another three and out behind tackles by Koby Kidd and Patrick Wiley and a pass break up by Kaden Kerbow. The Panthers faked a punt but Tanner Matlock sniffed it out and stopped them short.

The Defense continued to dominate the line of scrimmage on the next series with a big tackle for loss by Lloyd Harris. Lane Malone saw a screen happen and made a play to force a punt.

Blake Eames blocked that punt and Tanner Matlock returned it eight yards for a touchdown.

The next drive the Panthers rushed for all 65 yards and scored on a 15 yard run by Braedyn Noel late in the first half. Prior to this drive the defense had held Paschal to negative yardage.

The next drive saw a Youngblood interception on the first play. The defense got it right back on their first play. Tanner Matlock picked up a fumble and returned it to the Paschal 45.

The Roos had a big run by Bork to get it into field goal range. Miller missed wide left a 42 yard field goal at the buzzer for the first half.

Coming out of the second half Hayden Hansen recovered an onside kick attempt by the Panthers. Dez ran for the next 25 yards and then Youngblood found Seth Robertson wide open for a 27 yard touchdown pass.

The offenses traded some punts back and forth in the next couple of series.

The Roos got back on track with Dez Forrest. He started it out running and a had a big catch and run for 20 yards. Then on 3rd and 7 Youngblood threw a great ball under pressure to Melvin Polk for a first down. The rest of the drive was all Dez with runs of 14 and 18.

The Roos defense forced a turnover on the first play, a fumble recovery by Lane Malone.

The next drive had two big runs by Bork. The drive was finished by Melvin Polk catching a screen pass and taking it 25 yards.

The defense forced a three and out with a big hit and sack on 3rd and 5 by Blake Eames.

The next drive was literally all Bork running the ball with 41 yards on the drive. Finishing the drive with a 5 yard run.

Paschal then scored another touchdown as Weatherford’s second unit got some work.

In the last drive of the game Bryson Ross made a big tackle for loss to finish it off.

The Roos will play at home next week vs Boswell at Kangaroo Stadium.
