The Lady Roos got out to an early lead and never looked back against FW Southwest finishing up the game 57-19. The Lady Roos took a commanding score of 26-4 after the first quarter and led 36-7 at halftime.

The Lady Roos were playing their third game in three days because of some COVID make ups and got the win after two very tight losses. The young team is steadily improving and it showed against FW Southwest.

The team was lead by the scoring of Madison Buckley had 11, Kilie Cummings had 10, Abby Arwood had 8, and Hannah Kness had 6. The Roos also got major contributions on the offensive and defensive end from Emily Byrd had 4, Aubree Cash had 4, and Shay Stambulic had 7 and three steals.


The JV Lady Roos also won by the score of 40-4 over Southwest.

The Freshman did not play but beat Keller Central last night 32-30 in a game that came down to the wire.
