Riding a two-game win streak the Lady Roos got out to an early lead thanks to Madison Buckley and a McCenzie Wells three from Abby Arwood. Boswell surpassed the Roos by the end of the first quarter for a 16-8 lead.
The Lady Roos fought back to get the score 18-12 thanks to a Wells bucket and steal and a bucket from Hannah Kness.
In the third the Lady Roos came out gunning making up five points in the lead thanks to another Wells bucket and a Kilie Cummings steal.

The JV team got out to a good start but lost the lead at the end of the first quarter 8-7. In a tight battle the Lady Roos took the lead early in the 2nd and handled the Boswell pressure well. Weatherford stretched the lead to 21-16 at half thanks to a shot at the buzzer by Landry Fonseca. The 3rd quarter was a defensive battle with no points being scored in the first half of the quarter. After losing the lead late in the 3rd the Lady Roos fought back to a 25-22 lead going into the 4th. The lead was gone after a couple of three pointers by Boswell and the Lady Roos could not recover. Final score Boswell 32 and Weatherford 29.

The Lady Roos Freshman team played Boswell Friday night in a battle of two of the top freshman teams in the district. Boswell is a fast tempo press team which gives teams fits. The Freshman fought hard all game in a back and forth battle. The Lady Roos were down at half and again at the end of the third quarter by the score of 35-25.
The team fought hard and was led by some great effort and defense but ultimately came up short in the end 33-41.
