Weatherford Hoops started out fast and often. The Roos took the lead in the first and never trailed. The Roos were led by great defensive effort, only giving up 20 points in the first half. The Roos held a comfortable lead for much of the game until Paschal hit four threes to start the fourth quarter and bring the Roo lead to 62-50. Coach Wagner, in his second game back to the team, called a quick timeout to settle down the troops down. Paschal hit another couple of shots and got it down to 62-54, but then a Tyson Smith three pointer and a Braden Carter rebound put the lead back to double digits. Moments later Kane Chandler hit another three to increase the lead. Chandler later had another tip in and Brady Caudill also had another put back to help seal the win.
