The Lady Roos begin district play this week with an away game at North Crowley at 6 pm on Tuesday, and then Friday hosting Boswell at 7 pm. At Friday’s game there will be a special ceremony at 6:45 recognizing the 20th anniversary of the 2000 Lady Roos undefeated (34-0)State Championship team. This is a reschedule from last year when Covid cancelled the game. Several of the girls from that team will be in attendance along with Dwayne Ross, Diana Ulrickson, and myself from the coaching staff, so it will be a great night for some reminiscing.
