The Kangaroo Baseball team picked up a district win Tuesday night vs the Haltom Buffalos 10-7 on the strength of a 9 run 3rd inning. Hudson Stark got the win on the mound pitching 4 2/3 innings giving up 4 runs on 2 hits and striking out 6, Dayton Tockey pitched 1 1/3 innings striking out 4 and allowing 0 hits, and Kannon Kemp came on to pitch a scoreless 7th inning picking up the save. Kaden Kerbow led the Roo offense with 2 hits and scored 2 runs. Jake Williams, Juan Mascorro, Luke Bagwell, Trace Holcomb, and Dawson Nelson all had added hits. The win brings the Kangaroos record to 14-5 and 2-1 in district. The next game will be Friday at Haltom.
