Lauren Belles shut down Crowley, throwing a complete game shutout and leading Lady Roos to a 15-0 victory on Friday

Lady Roos opened up scoring in the first inning, when Kaymie Chandler doubled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.

Lady Roos scored six runs in the fourth inning. Lady Roos big bats were led by Destiny Walton, Mykah Gallaher, Landry Fonseca, Kinley Kemp, and Chandler, who all drove in runs.

A single by A Small in the first inning was a positive for Crowley.

Belles was the winning pitcher for Lady Roos. The righthander surrendered zero runs on three hits over four innings, striking out three and walking one.

C Castleberry led things off in the pitcher's circle for Crowley. The pitcher lasted three innings, allowing eight hits and nine runs while striking out one. E Sells threw one inning in relief.

Lady Roos saw the ball well today, racking up 14 hits in the game. Gallaher, Kemp, Fonseca, Olivia Cantu, Walton, and Chandler each managed multiple hits for Lady Roos. Chandler, Walton, Cantu, Fonseca, Kemp, and Gallaher each collected two hits to lead Lady Roos. Lady Roos was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Fonseca made the most plays with three.
