Great day for Roo wrestling! Boys go 1-1 on the day but we saw some tough wrestling out of Gunner Spotanski, Jackson Mercier, Harley Wares, Mason Walker, and Chayse Blake all going 2-0 on the day! We fell to McKinney suffering from forfeits, but came back to beat Aledo with only 8 out of 14 wrestlers. All 8 wrestlers won their match!
The girls had a great day as well, going 2-0. They defeated Aledo and McKinney by identical scores of 48-12. Big congrats to Stephanie Naranjo on her first Varsity win filling in at 145 today.
